1. The
Association President, Jim Hogan, formally opened the meeting at 11:10 A.M. and
welcomed new and returning members.
2. Lots 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 19, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 37, 45, 46, 47, 50, and 53 were represented. This exceeds the required 10%, so a quorum was present.
3. The Treasurer, Jay Youngquist, reported that he had sent notices of the meeting in a timely manner to all Association members. Without objection, it was determined that proper notice had been given.
4. The President presented Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting on May 31, 2003. These Minutes were made available to attendees. Reading of the Minutes was waived, and the Minutes were accepted as written.
5. The Treasurer presented the financial report, which was provided to attendees for review. The report showed a balance of $45,706. Accounts receivable of $3,032, includes $2,723 of back dues and fees for Lot 44, which has been in bankruptcy for some time. The 2004 operating budget is $7,650.
6. Jay Youngquist reported for the Environmental Control Committee:
7. There will be a community picnic on July 3. All are encouraged to attend.
8. We held an election for the Board of Directors. There were 3 expiring Board positions. Jim Hogan, Jay Youngquist, and Jennifer Walsh, whose terms were expiring, were re-elected to the Board.
